Product Introduction
AF‑series foam pump is a new‑generation product developed by our company on the basis of imported advanced foreign technology. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical and other industries. It is suitable for transporting abrasive slurry containing foam. During operation, this pump can effectively eliminate foam in slurry. It can run normally under insufficient feed‑inflow conditions. It is especially suitable for various flotation processes and is an ideal product for foam‑slurry transportation.
Product Features
1.This pump is fitted with SP‑type bearing assembly. The bearing housing can be equipped with a motor base or motor bracket to realize either direct drive or indirect drive. The pulley can be replaced conveniently to adjust the pump speed, so as to adapt to varied working conditions.
2.The feed tank is constructed of carbon‑steel structure, stainless steel or rubber‑lined steel. It is provided with a tangential feed inlet and an overflow box. The overflow box conveniently returns excess feed material back to the sump. The tangential inlet enables fast material intake and removes part of the foam.
3.The pump head adopts a double‑casing structure. Depending on different conveyed media, the wetted parts can be made of metal, rubber or other non‑metallic materials.
