Main Features
Besides the general properties of centrifugal pumps, the multi‑suction‑head vertical anti‑silting sewage pump has three distinctive advantages unavailable in other pumps:
Multiple suction heads: Each pump is equipped with 4 suction heads distributed at the center and corners of the pump sump. This ensures high standby utilization rate of suction ports, large water‑absorbing coverage and less sediment accumulation inside the sump.
Built‑in stirring function: An agitator is mounted under the main suction head to stir up sediments inside the sump, which effectively prevents suction‑head blockage and pump‑sump silting.
No‑fixation installation: Other vertical sewage pumps require brackets fixed on embedded parts inside the sump, which brings troubles for installation, maintenance and sump desilting. For this multi‑suction‑head pump, the supporting suction heads act both as water‑intake ports and pump supports. No extra fixing work is needed. Simply place the pump inside the sump and connect the discharge pipe. It runs stably and is easy for inspection and maintenance.
