Product Introduction
Features of Desulfurization Pump
TL(R) series desulfurization pump is a single‑stage, single‑suction horizontal centrifugal pump, mainly used as the absorption tower circulation pump in wet‑process FGD devices. It features a wide flow range, high efficiency & energy‑saving performance, simple structure and convenient maintenance. This series pump is equipped with a compact X‑type bracket, which greatly saves floor space. Meanwhile, our factory has developed a variety of new‑type materials targeting the operating characteristics of pumps for desulfurization systems, to meet diverse working‑condition requirements of power plants.
Pump Structure
Rubber‑lined construction: The impeller, suction cover and front guard plate are made of special wear‑resistant material. The front sleeve, rear sleeve and rear guard plate are made of natural rubber, which boasts excellent inherent abrasion resistance, light weight and relatively low cost. Metal‑lined construction: The impeller, sleeve, front guard plate and rear guard plate adopt special wear‑resistant and corrosion‑resistant material; the suction cover is ductile iron with rubber lining.
Seal Type
The mechanical seal is a cartridge‑type seal specially designed for desulfurization processes, delivering reliable operation.
Drive Mode
Available driving options include V‑belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, variable‑frequency drive and silicon‑controlled speed regulation. Multiple speeds and variant configurations allow the pump to operate under optimum working conditions. It has a long service life and high operating efficiency, and is capable of handling a wide range of harsh conveying conditions.
